AFB-2024-059-BC - RBL Chilled Water Connection

The State of Colorado, Institution of Colorado State University (CSU) is soliciting bids from Contractors for the RBL Chilled Water Connection project. 
The project will not be subject to prevailing wages or apprenticeship requirements.  
Existing air-cooled chillers and cooling towers serving the RBL building on the CSU foothills campus will be retired and replaced with two heat exchangers. One heat  exchanger (base bid) will serve the building’s chilled water loop, and the second heat exchanger (bid option 1) will serve the building’s process chilled water loop. The installation of the new heat exchangers will allow for the building to be served from the Foothills Campus District Chilled Water loop.  
The project will be delivered under a Design/Bid/Build delivery method.
