The Delta County Sheriff's Office is seeking proposals for a Full Body Scanner to be used in the Detention Facility. The goal of the Full Body Scanner will increase the safety of the jail staff and other inmates by providing a more thorough and accurate means of detecting contraband in and on inmates and visitors. This project aims to have zero admittance of contraband into the jail at all times. This goal will be measured by having each inmate and/or visitor pass through the scanner before entering the Detention Facility. A specification sheet as been uploaded under 'Documents & Items'.
