Additional Bidding Instructions

If the proposed hardware and software support, and unified threat protection service contract lengths extend past the County’s fiscal year (January 1 to December 31), per the Colorado State Constitution and statutes, the support and service contracts must include a clause that each year must be subject to annual appropriation by the Board of County Commissioners. The County will consider a multi-year service contract, but cannot enter into a multi-year fiscal obligation without this appropriations language.
