Throughout this document, Denver Health and Hospital Authority, a body corporate and political subdivision of the State of Colorado, hereinafter referred to as DHHA, intends to contract with a provider for Mammography Equipment at Lowry Family Health Center. Lowry Family Health Center is located at 1001 Yosemite St, Denver, CO 80230. Historically, Lowry Family Health Center has offered primary care, women’s health, mental health, dental, pharmacy, and laboratory services. Lowry Family Health Center has a well-established refugee clinic. Adding imaging services to Lowry Family Health Center is predominately a grant-funded expansion. We are planning to add one mammography imaging room, one ultrasound room, and one x-ray room into Lowry Family Health Center. Existing space in the building off the waiting room near clinic will be constructed into an imaging suite.
