Description

The District is soliciting proposals to provide a solution to effectively manage the life-cycle of DPS assets. The primary emphasis of functionality will be toward ease of use for administrative and end-users for asset location management. The solution should allow for mobile and desktop capabilities, all controlled by role based logical security.

Currently, the District manages assets through various methods by department and asset type. We are looking to consolidate the management into one system for device and non-device assets across DPS, over 200 locations and access granted to applicable department and school based personnel.

The solution must provide for integration with the District’s existing software applications such as Active Directory, SIS systems, and DPS accounting system. The solution should easily accessed by a computer, a tablet, and a smartphone on a mobile app.
