The Denver Regional Council of Governments (DRCOG) hereby issues this Request for Bids
(RFB) (referred to further herein also as solicitation) in order to solicit proposals from individuals,

interchangeably) with experience in conducting on-site reviews of federal grant programs in
accordance with 2 CFR 200.
