Summary of Specifications:
The Denver Regional Council of Governments (DRCOG) hereby issues this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) (referred to further herein also as solicitation) in order to solicit proposals from individuals, firms, and teams (referred to further herein also as “respondent”, “contractor” or “consultant” interchangeably) with experience in providing taxi cab services and the ability to account for and keep records of services provided to authorized Guaranteed Ride Home users, and to invoice DRCOG for cab rides provided to authorized users.
