Denver Water is soliciting responses for a contact center software solution to support its in-house call center. Proposers must submit a comprehensive Proposal to provide both the implementation, software solution, and on-going maintenance and support, whether it be as the sole provider or as an implementor-provider partnership. Denver Water will accept Proposals for both on-premise and cloud-hosted solutions and does not have preference between the two options. The purpose of this RFP is not to simply replace what Denver Water has today, but to provide an opportunity to look to the future of customer care and lay the foundation for the future direction of the contact center for Denver Water.
