Denver Water is soliciting Proposals for the disposal of two different waste streams: 1) approximately 15,000 cubic yards annually of water treatment residuals from the Foothills, Marston, and Moffat Water Treatment Plants, and 2) approximately 1,100 cubic yards annually of waste water treatment residuals from the Recycling Plant (biosolids). Currently, Denver Water utilizes a third-party contractor that provides roll-offs and transportation of the waste streams to the landfill sites.
