Denver Water is seeking Proposals for an experienced graphic design professional(s) that can produce quality designs for printed and digital publications. The selected Proposer shall demonstrate the ability to create ongoing designs that align with Denver Water’s brand standards, which will be provided upon award, and that help Denver Water market and provide information to its customers and employees. The selected Proposer (Contractor) shall use the existing brand standards and templates for the majority of projects and may be requested to create updated templates and new designs.
The Contractor shall design projects as assigned by Denver Water representatives. Printing and Spanish translation services are not in-scope for this service; however, the Contractor’s designer will be asked to work with printers, as needed, to ensure successful delivery and production of the artwork. The final designs submitted for production must be quality, print-ready, and follow Denver Water’s brand style guidelines. Contractor will be required to deliver print-ready artwork to Denver Water’s printers, and to supply Denver Water with the required electronic file formats of each piece.
