The Board is soliciting Bids for the hauling of water treatment plant residuals. Bidder will haul water treatment plant residuals to and from three locations: (1) from Marston water treatment plant to the Foothills treatment plant for temporary storage; (2) from the Foothills water treatment plant to a Republic landfill for ultimate disposal; and (3) from the Moffat water treatment plant to Republic landfill for ultimate disposal once Denver Water’s centrifuge project is completed mid-2017.
