Summary of Specifications:
Denver Water is requesting proposals from experienced and qualified organizational development and training consulting firms to provide the Board with a comprehensive Training Needs Assessment (TNA) that does not include an organization analysis. The TNA will identify gaps and deficiencies in Denver Water’s current training offerings across nine divisions through surveys, focus groups, interviews, and data analysis using a sample cross-section of the organization (approximately 300 employees). Gaps and opportunities for development identified through the TNA will be incorporated into the Learning Strategy.
