The Board is soliciting Bids for the rental of temporary traffic control barricades and flag personnel
services within the Denver Metropolitan Area. Denver Water utilizes these services on a 24/7 basis
for both planned daily work and emergency work.

Denver Water intends to award this Work to two (2) Contractors. One contractor will be the primary,
and the other will be the backup. The selected contractors will be notified at time of award whether
they are the primary or the backup.
