2017-4 - LED Lighting Replacement

Denver Public Library (DPL) is soliciting proposals for the purchase of LED lamp and fixture retrofits. DPL is planning to replace approximately 24,000 4’ T8 tubes and 6,000 8” can retrofits to LED.
 
DPL expects that proposers are familiar with Xcel Energy’s rebates for lighting replacements. DPL would prefer that proposers handle all paperwork for the rebate on their end, submitting pricing to DPL that reflects the applicable rebate provided.
 
DPL anticipates this project will take approximately 4 – 6 months. It is expected that the successful proposer be able to warehouse the full quantity of lamps, delivering the necessary amount of each lamp to DPL on an as-requested monthly basis.
