The Department of Facilities, Fleet, and Emergency Support Services in conjunction with the Risk Manager of Douglas County, Colorado, hereinafter referred to as the County, respectfully requests bids from responsible and qualified contractors for the removal and replacement of twelve (12) roofs along with related HVAC work, as specified. Qualified contractors shall furnish all personnel, supervision, management, mobilization, equipment, demolition, materials, permitting, bonding, and insurance.
