RFP-023-10 - Document Management Solution

Summary of Specifications:
The Information Technology Department of Douglas County Government, hereinafter referred to as the County, respectfully requests proposals from responsible and qualified firms for the replacement of our Stellent Document Management Solution (DMS). It is our intent to replace the existing system with an open source solution. The County is seeking a vendor for expertise in a county-led project that can assess the current environment design and implement the replacement DMS solution, and prepare the County’s in-house resources to migrate documents from the Stellent system. This will be a resource contract (time and materials). Any software licensing, support or hardware that is determined to be part of the end Document Management System solution will be bid and quoted separately.
