Douglas County Government respectfully requests proposals from qualified individuals/firms to provide financial advisory services for the potential of future debt financing and to provide financial advisory services, on an as-needed basis, as required by the County.

The Financial Advisor will assist the Board of County Commissioners, the County Manager, the County Attorney, the Finance Director, and other County partners, on potential debt financing projects.
