RFP-026-10 - Inmate Telephone Service with Video Visit Phones

Summary of Specifications:
The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office, hereinafter referred to as the County, respectfully requests proposals from responsible and qualified firms for a fully operational, flexible, secure and reliable inmate telephone system. The provision of inmate phone service and the quality and reliability of service are a high priority. Firms who submit a response to this Request for Proposal (RFP) shall be responsible to submit technical solutions based on their programs that meet or exceed the goals and objectives set-forth herein.
