The Department of Facilities, Fleet & Emergency Support Services of Douglas County Government, hereinafter referred to as the County, respectfully requests bids from responsible and qualified companies for the provision of parking lot maintenance & repair, as needed, at various buildings/locations throughout Douglas County. The award of this bid will be based upon all information submitted, prior vendor performance, and price. Douglas County reserves the right to request additional information from any vendor and reserves the right to award to one or more vendors for these services.
The initial contract, issued as a result of this IFB, will be for a period of approximately one (1) year, beginning in January 2023 to and including December 31, 2023. The County shall have the option to renew this contract for four (4) additional periods of one (1) year each, with the same terms and conditions. All prices proposed shall be firm and fixed for the initial contract period and may be re-negotiated after the initial contract period. This agreement and/or extension to the original period of a subject contract shall be contingent upon annual funding being appropriated, budgeted, and otherwise made available for such purposes and subject to the County’s satisfaction with products and services received during the preceding contract period.
