IFB-020-10 - Pinery Trail Project

Summary of Specifications:
The Parks, Trails & Building Grounds Division of Douglas County Government, hereinafter referred to as the County, respectfully requests bids from responsible and qualified firms for the provision of construction on the Pinery Trail Project, as specified. This project is to construct approximately 2.4 miles of six-foot crusher fine trail within the Pinery Subdivision in Parker, Colorado. The trail may include some concrete sidewalk in lieu of the crusher fines in specific areas. The trail will be constructed in multiple segments, with accessible ramps and trail signage. This project will also include the construction of a retaining wall.
