#044-17 - Publication of Legal Notices

Douglas County Government, hereinafter referred to as the County, respectfully requests bids from newspapers, qualified under Colorado Revised Statute (C.R.S.) 24-70-103, for the provision of the publishing of the County’s privately and publicly funded legal notices, on an as-needed basis, for the period of one (1) year, beginning approximately January 1, 2018 to and including December 31, 2018. Douglas County reserves the right to enter into a contract with multiple newspapers for separate components of the County’s publishing needs but not others (less than all).
