Summary of Specifications:
This IFB is for the purchase of approximately 555,000 gallons of Dust Suppressant material and the application of the material on Douglas County Roads (confirmed subsequent to the award of the IFB). All quantities stated are estimates only. The actual purchased quantities will be dependent on weather conditions and availability of funds during the contract period. The quantities provided are for bid pricing only and shall not be construed as guaranteed purchase quantities. Prices bid shall be good through December 31, 2010, regardless of the quantity purchased. Alternative products may be considered at the sole discretion of the County.
