RFQ-013-15 - ServiceNow Partners

Summary of Specifications:
The Department of Information Technology of Douglas County Government, hereinafter referred to as the “County”, respectfully requests qualifications from responsible and qualified firms to provide design, configuration and implementation services for business solutions constructed on the ServiceNow platform. 

The goal of this RFQ is to establish Master Service Agreements with one or more RFQ respondents who can provide business solutions in any or all of the areas listed below. These agreements will allow the County to quickly engage these firms to fulfill County needs regarding ServiceNow consulting and development efforts, or augment County staff in the delivery and implementation of ServiceNow module functionality. Separate contracts will be established with the selected Vendor(s) to agree upon scope of work, timeframe of service, and payment. 

Respondents to this request for qualifications should describe the manner in which they can fulfill these areas of work and as an example provide a detailed example of a successful Service Now Asset Management rollout engagement. Respondents should indicate key areas of strength in their offerings. Preference will be given to respondents who are willing to agree to and abide by the Douglas County Master Services Agreement without modification or waiver (Exhibit A).
