The Department of Facilities, Fleet, and Emergency Support Services of Douglas County, Colorado, hereinafter referred to as the County, respectfully requests bids from responsible and highly-qualified contractors for the repair and recoat of the entire exterior stucco surfaces at two (2) County building locations. The buildings include the Elections Warehouse at 125 Stephanie Place, Castle Rock and the CSU Extension Office at 410 Fairgrounds Road, Castle Rock.

ON THURSDAY, AUGUST 27, 2020 @ 10:00 A.M., THERE WILL BE A MANDATORY SITE VISIT RELATED TO THIS PROJECT. THE MANDATORY SITE VISIT WILL ALLOW ALL POTENTIAL BIDDERS THE OPPORTUNITY TO VIEW THE WORK SITE LOCATIONS AND DISCUSS THE PROJECT DETAILS. THE MANDATORY SITE VISIT WILL BEGIN JUST OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOORS OF THE MAIN ENTRANCE OF THE ELECTIONS WAREHOUSE, 125 STEPHANIE PLACE, CASTLE ROCK, COLORADO 80109. ONLY THOSE PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS ATTENDING THE MANDATORY SITE VISIT WILL BE ALLOWED TO SUBMIT A BID ON THIS PROJECT.
