Douglas County School District is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to aid in the search of candidates to fill the Superintendent role at DCSD starting in July of 2021. The objective of the search firm is to:

Identify a Superintendent who best meets the qualifications as determined by the Board of Education in this RFP.
Make potential candidates aware of the position and to maximize the number of quality applicants.
Identify and screen applicants for desired characteristics, qualities, and applicable experience.
Assist in identification and the hiring process of a permanent Superintendent.
