Description

Douglas County, Colorado created the Douglas County Water Commission (DCWC) in late 2023, established by Resolution R-023-112. The overall purpose of the DCWC is to create a Water Plan and to revise the plan as needed in the future. The DCWC recognizes the need for professional consulting services to prepare and complete the Water Plan, in conjunction with input and overview from the DCWC. Prior to the issuance of an RFP, the DCWC is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to solicit input from qualified consultants.
