Durango School District 9-R, “ 9-R”, is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Program/Project Management Services to plan, coordinate and supervise a major capital improvement program over a four-year period. The project will encompass 90 million in the improvement and upgrading of building sites as outlined and specified in the “Master Plan” and in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications contained in the documents for Proposal Number 2020A.

Proposals must include all information needed for the District to make an informed decision:
1. One (1) original printed document and seven (7) printed copies of the proposal are to be submitted, including one (1) digital version (e.g. CD, DVD). The digital version must be an exact copy of the printed proposal, in either Adobe Reader (.pdf) or Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.
2. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed package or envelope listing the following:
