The Project location is at the E-470/US-85 interchange in Adams County, Colorado. The Work consists of demolition and disposal of 2 residential homes, 3 detached garages, and a picnic shelter located on a 2-acre compound. The Work also includes asbestos abatement, removal and disposal of all property improvements within the compound consisting of, but not limited to, concrete and asphalt driveways, septic tanks, fences, corrals, satellite dishes landscaping timbers, utility poles and electric service panels, chain link fence, and all trash and debris on the property.
