El Paso County is looking to create business efficiency by automating the A/P process by utilizing a software solution to automate the intake of invoices, match them to appropriate purchase orders, route them to various departments, send them through an approval process, enable exception processing and provide robust reporting and integrating with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2.
This project may be funded by Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act established on March 27, 2020. As such, Contractor must follow all requirements set forth by CARES Act and law of act that may apply to this project. Selected Contractor must be registered through the System for Award Management (SAM) and it will be confirmed that the selected Contractor is not on the federally debarred list prior to commencing any work. As this process may take some time, proposers should register prior to submitting a proposal: https://uscontractorregistration.com.
Upon receiving and conducting initial evaluation of the proposals, proposers will be shortlisted and there will be a required product demo from the shortlisted firms. A contract award will be made on the product demo evaluation.
