17-087 - Armed Security Guard Services

The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office (EPSO) is seeking “Best Value” proposals from experienced, qualified firms (Contractor) to provide armed security guard services for EPSO Inmates while hospitalized with 24-hour guarding during local hospital appointment.  Hospitals are located in Colorado Springs, but are not limited to local region. The EPSO requires Armed Security Guards of the highest quality and integrity, with a minimal turnover.
 
The EPSO objective in issuing this RFP is to provide a competitive means in which to select a single respondent to fulfill this contract.  The EPSO reserves the right to award contracts to multiple contractors under this solicitation.

NOTE:  A second form "EPC Security Procedure for Hospital Duty" will be forthcoming in an Addendum.
