Description

El Paso County is soliciting responses from qualified, experienced contractors to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to produce Asphalt Pavement Material (APM) to be picked up by the County per the attached and incorporated specifications and terms and conditions. The material to be purchased pursuant to this SOQ is funded by the Pikes Peak Rural Transportation Authority (PPRTA). It is possible there will also be County funds used for County maintenance projects.

El Paso County Department of Public Works is tasked with maintaining a safe and efficient roadway system. This maintenance includes both routine and emergency repairs of asphalt surfaces. Critical to the maintenance requirement is the timely availability of asphalt materials to complete the repair or project.
