El Paso County Sherriff’s Office (EPSO) is seeking best-value bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, equipment, and materials required for the reconfiguration and interior office remodel, at the El Paso County Criminal Justice Center Complex, 2739 East Las Vegas Street, Colorado Springs, CO, 80906.

This project is a reconfiguration of existing storage space into office space and existing locker rooms into storage space. There will be demolition and wall build that will affect electrical and HVAC.
