El Paso County (COUNTY) is seeking proposals from qualified concessionaires to operate a cafeteria concession in the El Paso County Citizen’s Service Center, located at 1675 Garden of the Gods Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80907. The selected concessionaire will be required to offer breakfast, lunch, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages and provide all necessary services as outlined herein. It is the intent of this RFP to have the successful firm enter into a Services Contract with the County to provide services as outlined herein for 2017. This proposal will allow for six (6) annual options for renewal.
