El Paso County, Colorado is seeking written best value bids from qualified, licensed, and experienced contractors to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for Construction of the Eastonville Regional Trail (Project). The Project generally includes the construction of new 8-foot wide soft surface trail with shoulders, installation of drainage culverts, and construction of associated trail drainage structures within Falcon Regional Park. Completed work must meet the scope of work, attached specifications, and construction details.
All construction will be within County owned property, County right-of-way or within easements obtained by the County. The Project has El Paso County oversight. This project does not have CDOT oversight; there is no DBE requirement and no Davis Bacon requirement.
