IFB-16-075 - Construction of the Fontaine Sidewalks Project

Summary of Specifications:
El Paso County, Colorado (County) is seeking written best value bids from qualified, licensed, and experienced contractors to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the Construction of the Fontaine Sidewalks Project (Project), which will provide pedestrian improvements along a portion of the Fontaine Boulevard corridor for the El Paso County Department of Public Works (Department) per the attached specifications and drawings herein. This Project is being funded through the following sources: Federal/State (Project No. TAP C040-038 and Project Code 20581), Community Development Block Grant (CDBG Project Nos. 4141514 and 4152313), and the County.
