IFB-16-039 - Construction of the Rainbow Falls Primitive Trail Project

Summary of Specifications:
El Paso County is seeking written bids from qualified, experienced contractors to provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the construction of primitive trails at Rainbow Falls Recreation Area, for the Community Services Department, as per specifications, drawings, and the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) regulations. This work is funded by Federal/State Funds and El Paso County. 

El Paso County proposes to repair and improve primitive trails at the Rainbow Falls Recreation Area consistent with construction documents developed in 2015 for the Rainbow Falls Access Improvement Project and FEMA grant requirements. The Contractor shall provide traffic control through the project area with the goal of minimizing the impacts to vehicular and pedestrian traffic. The Contractor will also provide temporary and permanent erosion control to minimize impacts to the project due to stormwater.
