RFP-15-035 - Construction of the Stapleton Drive (East) Extension Project

Summary of Specifications:
El Paso County is seeking written proposals from qualified, licensed and experienced contractors to provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the Construction of the Stapleton Drive Extension Project which will extend Stapleton Drive (Stapleton) from its current terminus at US Highway 24 (US 24), southeasterly to the intersection of Judge Orr Road and Curtis Road for the El Paso County Department of Public Services (Department), per attached specifications and drawings. This project is being funded through the Pikes Peak Regional Transportation Authority (PPRTA). All of the construction will be within the County ROW, CDOT ROW, or within easements obtained by the County. At the time of this publication, right-of-way from two properties near the intersection of US 24 are still pending acquisition.
