Description

El Paso County is soliciting bids from qualified, experienced, professional Vendors to furnish all materials, labor, and equipment necessary for Cover Coat Aggregate and Delivery/Stockpile Services, which generally includes the delivery and stockpile of cover coat materials. The objective of this solicitation is to enter into a PPRTA / County Professional Services Agreement with a Vendor who can deliver and stockpile the requested material within the timeframe requested. No quantities are guaranteed in this proposal. Quantities in this solicitation are estimates only and are to be used for comparison and evaluation only. Unit prices will apply unless discounts are identified in the vendor’s proposal.
