Develop and deliver a Local Road Safety Audit and Plan. El Paso County’s goal will be the adoption of a towards zero deaths policy that is backed by an action plan. The goal for this project is to develop a data driven safety plan, criteria for prioritizing actions, developing a team approach across disciplines, identification of safety hotspots, a toolkit of best practices, and adoption of policies to address safety concerns.
