El Paso County Planning and Community Development Department (County) is seeking proposals from qualified, experienced consulting firms to provide services necessary for DEVELOPMENT OF THE COUNTY MASTER PLAN (COMPREHENSIVE PLAN). The Master Plan will be considered by the El Paso County Planning Commission as the adopted El Paso County Master Plan and will consolidate and replace, as appropriate, any existing Master Plan elements while providing a single coordinated location for all master plan elements.
