RFP-16-016 - Domestic Violence Advocate Services

Summary of Specifications:
The El Paso County Department of Human Services (Department) is seeking proposals from qualified, experienced contractors to provide Domestic Violence assessment, advocacy and intervention services to TANF participants that require these supportive services. The Department has identified Domestic Violence to be a barrier for an individual on his/her way to self-sufficiency. The Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) program provides opportunities for participants to obtain skills and employment to enable them to move towards self-sufficiency.
