El Paso County is seeking written best-value bids from qualified and experienced contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and time necessary to provide EPDM membrane overlay services (approximately 20,000 square feet) for the Motor Vehicle East location at 5650 Industrial Place, Colorado Springs, Colorado.

The County is seeking lump sum fixed pricing for both black and white Fleeceback roof system to meet all the requirements stated herein. Upon evaluation of the bids, the County will pick either black or white roof system, whichever is more advantageous to the County. The insurance valuation line items are being attached to solicitation as information only.
