17-101 - EWP Stream Stabilization Project Oxbridge Road Site

El Paso County, Colorado (County) is seeking written best value bids from qualified, licensed, and experienced contractors to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the Construction of the EWP Stream Stabilization Project Oxbridge Road Site (Project) which includes removal and replacement, and installation of new riprap to protect the outlet of existing culverts for the El Paso County Department of Public Works (County) per the specifications and construction drawings herein.
 
This Project is being funded through the following sources: Federal / Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) through the Emergency Watershed Protection Program – Recovery (EWP) (Grant ID No. 68-8B05-17-204) and the property owner. The NRCS will be supplying the 75% federal portion of the funding, with the property owner supplying the 25% match.  El Paso County and the NRCS will have oversight of the Project. The Project has no DBE requirements and is not subject to Davis-Bacon.
