19-102 - Evidence Facility Camera Upgrade

The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office (EPSO) is seeking “Best Value” proposals from experienced, qualified firms (Vendor) to provide an EVIDENCE FACILITY CAMERA UPGRADE for the Evidence Facility under El Paso County Sheriff’s Office.
 
The EPSO is more concerned with making an award at the lowest overall price than with obtaining superior technical or management features. However, the EPSO may not necessarily make an award at the lowest price in order to achieve a small price savings if better value can be achieved with superior technical or management features. The benefits of a higher priced proposal may merit a higher price. The evaluation factors outlined in Section III.H, of the Selection Criteria, not listed in any order of importance, will be used in the evaluation of proposals.
 
Prequalified contractors will be placed on a list for inclusion in future solicitations in this area with similar scopes of work. There is no guarantee that a specific number of solicitations will be issued to these prequalified contractors.

 The EPSO objective in issuing this RFP is to provide a competitive means in which to select a single respondent to fulfill this contract. The EPSO reserves the right and may award contracts to multiple contractors under this solicitation.
