Riverside Mobile Home Park in southern El Paso County, Colorado, herein referred to as the “Project” or the “Work”. The Project is approximately 12 miles south-east of downtown Colorado Springs. The work area is located in Christian Open Space, about 300 feet north of Crest Drive bordered by Bandley Drive to the west.

The Project will generally consist of realigning approximately 2000 feet of Fountain Creek, constructing oxbow ponds, and restoring the confluence of West Bank Tributary.
