The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office (EPSO) is seeking “Best Value” proposals from experienced, qualified firms (Proposer) to provide an inmate telephone, correctional-grade tablet, and video visitation-based program for the entire inmate population incarcerated at the Criminal Justice Center.

The EPSO objective in issuing this RFP is to provide a competitive means in which to select a single Proposer to fulfill this contract. The EPSO reserves the right and may award contracts to multiple contractors under this solicitation.

The evaluation factors outlined in Section III.F, of the Selection Criteria, not listed in any order of importance, will be used in the evaluation of proposals
