The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office (EPSO) is seeking “Best Value” proposals from experienced, qualified firms (Contractor) to provide all equipment, labor, and, maintenance support required for the implementation and operation of utilizing “INMATE TELEVISION” at the El Paso County Criminal Justice Center (CJC).

Please keep in mind the County is only interested in the purchase, installation, replacement & removal, mounting, wiring, programming, and service of up to 79 television units for the CJC.

The EPSO objective in issuing this RFP is to provide a competitive means in which to select a single respondent to fulfill this contract. The EPSO reserves the right and may award contracts to multiple contractors under this solicitation.
