RFP-16-063 - On-Call Architectural/Engineering Services

Summary of Specifications:
The El Paso County Department of Public Works is seeking proposals from qualified experienced architectural/ engineering (A/E) firms interested in providing design services as future plans may require. The objective of the Contract(s) is to provide a resource for technical expertise that the County can utilize on various projects, typically limited scope and short term, as needed. El Paso County is interested in establishing an annual professional services contract(s) with qualified, experienced firms to provide A/E and consulting services to the County for expertise that can encompass a wide variety of projects. The type and number of specific projects under the awarded contracts have not been determined. The County’s objective is to develop a list of firms with extensive knowledge and experience providing services to local government entities. The County is primarily interested in Architectural firms that will bring on other disciplines such as structural, mechanical, electrical and other engineering and consulting entities as individual projects may require.
