19-009 - On-Call General Maintenance Repair Services

El Paso County (the County) is seeking “best value” bids from qualified, experienced firms to provide On-call General Maintenance/Repair services. These services could be required for any County facility. The services covered by this solicitation are as follows:
 
Electrical                                                                       Emergency Restoration & Response Services
HVAC Mechanical                                                        Asphalt Maintenance & Repair
Mechanical Engineering                                               Fire Alarm & Sprinkler Systems Services
Emergency Generator Service & Maintenance            Plumbing
Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) Service & Maintenance
 
Bidders may elect to submit a bid to provide services under one or multiple service areas. Bidders shall check the box next to each service area that they are submitting a bid on. The County reserves the right to award contracts to multiple firms for each service area. The County reserves the right to award additional contracts for the service areas in the event additional resources are needed to meet operational requirements. It is the County’s intention to award no more than four (4) contracts per Service Category and/or Service Area if applicable.  However, the potential exists that one firm may receive a contract to provide services under more than one Service Category.
