El Paso County on behalf of the El Paso/Teller Counties Consortium Executive Board (hereinafter referred to as "CEB") is issuing this Solicitation for the purpose of entering into a contract for services as specified herein from a Consultant(s) that will provide prompt and efficient service to the CEB for Pikes Peak Workforce Center Innovation Grant via House Bill 21-1264.

The Pikes Peak Workforce Center Innovation Grant via House Bill 21-1264 will utilize Colorado Workforce Development Council’s Innovation Grants to support employers, small business, unemployed and underemployed job seekers, or communities disproportionately affected by the COVID-19 public health emergency.
